The Bear Island Boardroom situated in the Bear Island House, a quiet, purpose-built executive boardroom is ideal for confidential and top-level meetings. The room measures 4.8mx 4.95m and seats 12 people. Riverside Suite situated in the hotel's courtyard, the Riverside Suite is suitable for conferences and training sessions as well as private parties and dinners. A private entrance (with disabled access), a cloakroom and a private bar in the conservatory - which opens onto the terrace overlooking the River Dunn. And it accommodates between 60 to 80 people. Delegate Packages.  If you’re looking for something especially unique, the Riverside Suite is also available for Weddings. The Bear Hotel holds a civil wedding license for up to 60 guests.
